Prior to Chris-Allen Search, Allen served as Managing Director and Practice Leader (Technology Division) for a reputable UK Recruitment Firm, and also spent five years with an International Search Firm as Principal Consultant for Technology.

Apart from extensive experience in the recruitment of Senior Executives for leading MNCs in the Technology, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Banking sectors, Allen also possesses strong General Management and Human Resource Management expertise.

Christopher started his career with Merrill Lynch in the US, before he joined JP Morgan Singapore in their Correspondent Banking department for Asia Pacific and Tokyo.

 

He then joined an International Search firm to head up and develop the Banking & Finance practice. During his stint with the company, Chris successfully handled numerous senior management positions for prominent Banking and Finance clients. He was consistently the top recruiter, and was actively involved in the training and development of new consultants for the practice.

Christine's business career started in sales and marketing with a leading eBusiness solutions provider in the New York City.  With her strong interest in HR Management, she made a career switch and eventually took on a prominent position as Corporate HR Director with one of the Fortune 500 companies dealing with IT networking products.

Her executive search career began in the United States with a distinguished New York-based executive search firm, where she specialized in executive recruitment internationally within the Technology industry.  Christine brings along more than six years of executive recruitment experience to Chris-Allen Search and has managed a broad search practice in a variety of industries including Data / Telecommunication, Internet, Business Services, etc.
